I've loved it for years now, but it's losing coating
My husband got me this necklace from the kickstarter campaign, because i had been saying how i break my nails at work due to the many packages i have to open.
I've loved it ever since i got it.
It's a beautiful design, it's strong and the blade is quite sharp. Not only is it an asset at work, i wear it to outings where i want some kind of weapon near to make me feel a little bit protected.
Sadly, the coating of the necklace has been starting to wear off. I've been wearing it nearly daily, often on bare skin, so i'm presuming it has something to do with the skin contact.
Very sad to see it breaking like that because the magnet is still strong, the chain doesn't break and the blade remains sharp.
I wanted to buy a new one as a replacement, but with the shipping from the US to Europe it's a costly affair :(.

Pretty and useful
I’ve been wearing my knifelace since I received it and I really enjoy how it looks and functions. It’s much more discreet than the knife I used to wear around my neck. It matches my dressier outfits beautifully. Plus, it’s bigger than I expected and I can actually use it to cut and open packaging, cut string and twine in the garden, or possibly defend myself.
